Hello? Is That A Red Gown?

Recently on Sixth Avenue, I spotted an elderly man who was either browsing a load of junk for sale on the sidewalk, or was actually the person selling the junk, it was kind of hard to tell. Either way, he seemed to be wearing a red gown like University of St Andrews undergraduates.
