Overexposure

Late last summer I experimented briefly with taking photos in broad daylight while leaving the camera shutter open for overly long periods of time -- as long as 1/15th or 1/8th of a second. I got several great shots, which I promptly lost, except for this one. With careful positioning, you get odd, bleached-out shots.

Meanwhile, in other news, I spent the weekend in Sharon Springs, where I saw dead possums nailed to wooden posts. More photos soon!
